Twilight Forge exists in the moment when the desert exhales, when the sun lowers, colors deepen, and the landscape shifts from heat to hush. Inspired by the Southwest at twilight, this piece draws from ritual, movement, and the quiet transformation that happens after the day has had its say.
Crafted from premium polyester felt in a Plum Wine finish, Twilight Forge carries a richness that feels both grounded and evocative. The color holds warmth while embracing shadow, changing subtly with the light and giving the hat a presence that feels alive rather than static. Its structured crown and balanced brim create a classic western silhouette, confident and composed.
The handcrafted embellishments are layered with intention. A sculptural band wraps the crown, accented by feather elements, hand-stitched markings, beadwork, and playing card details, symbols tied to chance, storytelling, and the personal codes carried by those who traveled the desert after sundown. Contrast stitching and subtle textural accents introduce depth without overpowering the form.

Cover & Brim offers a free one-hour cancellation window after a rental is placed.
- Cancellations within the free cancellation window receive a full refund, including the refundable security deposit.
- Cancellations made after the free cancellation window are subject to a one-day rental charge plus applicable taxes.
All remaining rental fees and the refundable security deposit will be returned.
Buy Now Orders
All Buy Now hats are handcrafted to order and become final sale once the free one-hour cancellation window has passed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

For domestic U.S. orders, shipping typically ranges around $60, depending on destination, carrier rates, and order details.
Because each hat is individually handcrafted, please allow approximately 5 days from production to delivery.

Cover & Brim hats are shipped in protective boxes designed to support the brim and maintain each hat’s shape. For long-term care, felt hats should be stored in a breathable environment, such as a hat box, cotton storage bag, or on an open shelf, to allow proper airflow.
Plastic storage may be used temporarily to protect felt hats from dust and debris but is not recommended for extended periods.
Straw hats should not be stored in plastic, as limited airflow can cause the straw to dry out over time, making it brittle or prone to breakage.
