Crafted from wool felt, the Dust & Ember features a light camel finish that feels natural, warm, and understated. The felt holds a clean, structured silhouette with a classic western profile, allowing the tone and shape to work together without excess. A matching felt band wraps the crown, maintaining a seamless, tonal look. Rental Orders
Cover & Brim offers a free one-hour cancellation window after a rental is placed.
- Cancellations within the free cancellation window receive a full refund, including the refundable security deposit.
- Cancellations made after the free cancellation window are subject to a one-day rental charge plus applicable taxes.
All remaining rental fees and the refundable security deposit will be returned.
Buy Now Orders
All Buy Now hats are handcrafted to order and become final sale once the free one-hour cancellation window has passed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Shipping
For domestic U.S. orders, shipping typically ranges around $60, depending on destination, carrier rates, and order details.
Because each hat is individually handcrafted, please allow approximately 5 days from production to delivery.

Cover & Brim hats are shipped in protective boxes designed to support the brim and maintain each hat’s shape. For long-term care, felt hats should be stored in a breathable environment, such as a hat box, cotton storage bag, or on an open shelf, to allow proper airflow.
Plastic storage may be used temporarily to protect felt hats from dust and debris but is not recommended for extended periods.
Straw hats should not be stored in plastic, as limited airflow can cause the straw to dry out over time, making it brittle or prone to breakage.
