For Jesse, designing a custom hat isn't simply about creating something beautiful, it's about creating something meaningful.

His passion lies in transforming ideas into handcrafted pieces that people will wear, celebrate, and remember for years to come.

Every Cover & Brim hat begins with a conversation and evolves through meticulous craftsmanship. From thoughtfully selected fabrics and layered textures to hand-placed vintage accents, stitching, pins, feathers, and finishing details, every element is intentionally chosen to reflect the personality and story of the person who will wear it.

Inspired by the spirit and character of the Southwest, Jesse approaches each hat as a one-of-one work of wearable art. No shortcuts. No duplicates. Every design is crafted with purpose and built to become part of someone's journey.

Whether he's designing a timeless fedora for everyday wear, a classic cowboy hat, or creating custom pieces for weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, and life's biggest milestones, Jesse believes every hat should tell the unique story of the person wearing it.
